Not sure if this is stomp thread or not since I have no clue how strong Gandalf is relatively.

Gandalf destroys Dummydore.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Also I wonder if there's such thing as MP in HP? If there is there's a reason why you can't conquer the world with just avada kedavra.

I don't think anyone has ever been shown to run out of MP just get a bit tired from fighting, so basically concentrating for a long time tires them out otherwise they don't seem limited.

I think the reason that wouldn't work out is that you'd have Aurors on your a*** constantly, unless you can like quadra-wield wants and fire the curse from all you'd get wrecked, hence why Voldemort despite being one of the most powerful wizards ever had minions around.

How would Gandalf handle Crucio? It inflicts unbearable pain on the victim.
So based on his resistance to pain it could cause even more pain to be unbearable to him, there's no kind of stated limit to it it quite simply inflicts great pain.

Him being in pain will just prompt Gandalf to smoke everything nearby, that doesn't exactly go well for Dumbledore if a spazzing Gandalf lights an area the size of a hillside on fire or calls down lightning on everything in the area.

Gandalf hasn't shown any pain feats, but he fought for days on end against the Balrog, so his stamina is grand.

Well Dumbledore can shield and can produce water so fire ain't much, not to mention fire is his specialty when it comes to magic.

His shields haven't held up to anything like what Gandalf can dish out. Gandalf's magic is equal to, if not greater to the Balrog of Moria's and the Balrog of Moria could blast down dwarven doors with a telekinetic strike. This was as Gandalf the Gray. As Gandalf the White, he's confident in standing against the Witch King, who could screw with Gondor's doors with curses(admittedly, the Witchking is confident as well)
